Mrs. Chhavi Prabhakar is a PGDM from Times School of Marketing, New Delhi. She is a senior financial services professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in NRI Banking,Wealth Management and Private Banking with premium organizations such as Citibank, Societe Generale Private Banking, American Express Bank, Standard Chartered Private Bank and Axis Bank. She has a successful track record of building new businesses, creating and leading large diversified multifunctional teams. She is now Founder & CEO of “Global Indian Solutions” – India`s 1st integrated Solution provider for Global Indians. She has won the prestigious “DMA (Delhi Management Association) All India Women Entrepreneurs Award 2020”
Mr. Amitabh Tandon, Director
Mr. Amitabh Tandon, a business Graduate, has over 30years experience in various project implementation from software development to telecom project implementation to agriculture project implementation.
He has rich experience and keen interest in Agriculture operations, which had primarily operated under contract farming with farmers using technology and organized practices for cultivation of cash crops. Having keen interest in agriculture and attracted to the clean energy initiatives in the country motivated him to diversify and set up Transtech Green Power P. ltd in the year 2008, he is promoter and Managing Director of this company, which is operating a 12 mw Biomass based power plant in Rajasthan. During the last 6-8 years, he has gained rich experience in Renewable power operations including solar power operations. He is the founder member and Secretary of Indian Biomass Power Association (IBPA) a non-profit organization of Biomass Power developers in the country.
He has been nominated by the government and is one of the members on the governing council of SardarSwaran Singh Institute of Bio-energy, Kapurthala- an autonomous institute of renewable energy run by Government of India.

Mr. Thamattoor Prabhakaran is graduate from Calicut University, Kerala, Diploma in TV, radio and audio electronics from Datamatics, Chennai and certificate in computers from NIIT, Delhi and has over 36 years of experience in the various fields namely Electronics, Business Management, Sales Support etc. He has worked with Hi Beam electronics, Sukam Power, Mode India Private Limited and was Vice president and Director in M/s Shyam Infrastructures Private Limited.
Mrs. Nishi Sabarwal, Director
Mrs. Sabharwal is a Masters in Economics, from Agra University. In a career spanning 30 years, she has held numerous senior positions across various business segments. She has worked with the largest multinational bank for 12 years across business segments. Worked with the third largest Indian Private bank for 3 years. She is specialized in Client Experience Management, Relationship Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Private Banking, Business Banking, International Trade Services, Branch Banking, Team Building Management, Business Development, Channel Management.
Mr. Abhay Khanna, Whole Time Director
Mr. Abhay Khanna completed his graduation from Purdue University, USA and worked in New York for a while. He has a keen interest in green energy and has worked extensively in Bio-Mass power sector and Wind Energy.
